Once Bill of costs is filed it must be taxed even if there is an Appeal unless the Court resolves to wait the outcome of the Appeal @ Page 7 If there is no stay of the Taxetion proceeding the Court may proceed to tax @ Page 7 Bill of costs must be filed within sixty(60) days from the date of judgement even if there is an Appeal filed @ Page 8
